Squishy Kisses are the best!!!

Ok, I have been really sick all this week!! I had to finally go to urgent care today, I was dehydrated- had an IV put in and it was a cold turned into a sinus infection which I haven't had since I was a teen! I couldn't keep anything down nor wanted to eat on Sunday and I had a fever AGAIN--And when I feel so horrible, I sleep but I wanted to post ONE picture from a session this weekend!!

Family Session at the Park

Mother and Son

Here is a session of a gorgeous mom and her son and their adorable pup!

Happy 2009! Let me Start off by Saying...

First of all, I wish all of you a Happy New Year full of health, happiness and good fortune!

Now that my eldest daughter is going back to preschool from winter break, I am now getting back into work mode...

I have some sessions to catch up and post on here so let me start with the Bulger Family. Grandma had emailed me that she and her husband wanted to do a family session with her son, his wife and her grandchildren! Mom had warned me that the her son would not smile for the pictures... little did she know that I would make him smile and even laugh! The kids were so full of energy my favorite shots were when they went leaf throwin'!

We also got to watch Caterpillars getting ready to make their cocoons and butterflies fluttering by...

Family Session

Here is another Family I met for the first time! And the funny thing was that I told Mom that I had seen her youngest somewhere- maybe a magazine?. When I finally went to drop of her pictures I realized she was one of my neighbors- probably a 30 second walk!

Family in Coronado

I met this gorgeous Family in Coronado for their shoot for a late afternoon/sunset shoot.

A baby girl...

Here is a shoot of a wonderful baby girl I met. I did her mommy's maternity session in October. She was so sweet and slept through much of the session. Here she is at 6 days old at her home. Mom looks great doesn't she?! Congrats Mom and Dad and I can't wait for her next shoot!

Baby Riley

Back in October, I had the privilege to do a maternity session for the gorgeous Erin. I drove out about to 2 hours to her home for her baby girls newborn session ... And now here is her newborn Riley at 6 days old. Isn't she a doll?

It was an awesome session, the weather was perfect... it kept the house warm... and I had really good lemonade... (Thanks Erin) :)

On the skin to skin shots poor dad got pooped and peed on about 3 times... isn't he a trooper?! He still went through with the session... parents always worry about "baptizing" my blankets but honestly I expect them to bless them ;)

Congrats Mom and Dad and Big Brother Jonah! Can't wait for her 3 month shoot!

Family Session

Here are some pictures of my friend Amy and her family. Her little girl is turning five soon so we also wanted to capture that milestone for her birthday party. My daughter loves Amy's daughter --as I was bringing up their pictures on my computer, my daughter kept on saying " She is so beautiful".
Amy and husband hadn't considered getting a picture of just the two of them, but I am glad they did--- it is one of my favorites!

The Charger Fans

My work is published in a local magazine here in my hometown and one of the families I met though an assignment also hired me to shoot their family pictures. They are such an awesome family and VERY photogenic too! Thank you guys for giving me the honor of capturing you in pictures!

San Diego is a very special place for him; he worked many summers there. We we got engaged in 2001; he did so by taking me to his two favorite places: San Diego and King's Canyon. The Family with "Fur Kids"

A couple of weeks ago I met the cutest couple and their kids.... "furkids" that is! Meet Asia and Tenzo- really some of the cutest "furkids" I have ever met! If you though taking a picture of a baby or toddler is tough, well let me just say that I don't want to hear any complaints! :)
In fact, the thing that was distracting my littlest and furiest subjects were some kids just playing at the park and other fellow k9's... ENJOY! Thanks guys for making this such a fun session! I truly had a blast!!!

I'm Back and Some New Pictures Too!

It has been a while since I have posted, but for a good reason, these past few weeks I have had several sessions with no breaks in between! I have met such lovely couples, beautiful families and great new businesses.


I wanted to highlight one of my families today- this family has the cutest little girl who is turning 1 this month! Mom contacted me because her little one has been walking for the past month and won't sit still! I don't blame her! Following this little one was so much fun! And she has the most gorgeous eyes!
